CO-REC Partners
CO-REC is delivering services through strong collaborations with
the following organizations who are committed to outstanding
quality improvement and shared health information across the state
of Colorado.
CO-REC Partner Organizations:

Colorado Community Managed Care Network: Provides REC
services to providers within Federally Qualified Health Centers and
Community Health Centers throughout Colorado.

Colorado Foundation for Medical Care: Provides REC
services to various practices along the Front Range.

Colorado Rural Health Centers: Provides REC services to
providers practicing in rural health centers, rural hospitals and
Critical Access Hospitals. CRHC also provides REC services to these
facilities as well. Strong collaboration with Quality Health
Network will occur for practices and hospitals located on the
Western Slope to align HIE strategies currently in place there.

ClinicNET: Provides REC services to community funded
safety net providers throughout Colorado with strong collaboration
with Quality Health Network on the Western Slope.

Health Team Works (formally known as Colorado
Clinical Guidelines Collaborative): Provides REC services
to practices participating in Patient Centered Medical Home and
Improving Performance In Practice (IPIP) projects as well as other
providers along the Front Range.

Physician Health Partners: Provides REC
services to four IPAs in the Denver Metro area.

Quality Health Network: As the Health Information
Exchange (HIE) for the Western Slope, QHN will provide REC services
to providers in this area and will collaborate with other REC
partners delivering services there to ensure all HIE activities
align with existing strategies.
