MAPIR Portal Updates and EHR Incentive Program Tips 

 

Program Year (PY) 2016 is now open for Eligible Professionals (EP), Eligible Hospitals (EH) and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) to attest on the CO Registration & Attestation (CO R&A) portal. 

Known Errors or Issues

Since the program opening on October 15, there have been some errors and issues brought to the attention of The Department that may affect your ability to attest. Please see these issues below along with the fix available and contact medicaidEHR@corhio.org if you require further assistance. 

Steps to Take if you Experience Other Issues

Please use the template below to gather all necessary information in order for your issue to be escalated. To escalate your issue, email the information below to medicaidEHR@corhio.org.   

1. National Provider Identification number (NPI), Medicaid ID and Provider ID:

    If Portal ID is a delegate, which provider were they acting on behalf of?
    Are participants able to repeat the error?

FYI: In order to assist with the fix of your error, you will need to include screenshots of all pages encountered before the error or list the steps that lead to the error message. Including the date and time of the error and all screens before the error is helpful in solving this issue.

 

Eight Days Left to Attest to Program Year 2016

March 23, 2018

The Colorado Registration & Attestation system (referred to as MAPIR) is closing March 31, 2018 at 11:59 PM for Eligible Professionals, Eligible Hospitals and Critical Access Hospitals for Program Year 2016 attestations.

Adopt, Implement or Upgrade Selection Error

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (the Department) has identified a defect in the MAPIR attestation system for providers attesting for the first time in the system in Year 1 as Adopt (A), Implement (I) or Upgrade (U).

502 Web Server Error RESOLVED

February 27, 2018

Some participants are currently receiving the 502 error when attempting to attest to Program Year 2016 in the MAPIR system.

Attestation Portal to Be Temporarily Suspended

January 26, 2018

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (the Department) will be temporarily closing the portal for submitting attestations. Be assured, all providers will have enough time to complete and submit attestations for Program Year (PY) 2016.

Payee Information Error

2016 Eligibility Date Error
