Health Information Exchange Services
At CORHIO, we connect the digital health record systems for healthcare providers so that regardless of where a patient goes for care, their medical history is accessible to the physicians and healthcare professionals who need it.
Health information exchange, or HIE, is the technology that supports the flow of health information between physician practices, hospitals, long-term care, labs, radiology centers, and other healthcare organizations. HIE allows delivery of the right health information to the right place at the right time, providing safer, more timely, efficient, patient-centered care.
We currently exchange data for more than four million unique patients.
New Funding Available for Colorado Healthcare Providers
Eligibility for the Colorado Care Connections Program, which offers funding for Colorado providers to join the health information exchange or increase their current participation, has been expanded. If your organization has a referral relationship with a Meaningful Use eligible provider or hospital, you are now eligible to receive this funding. Please contact CORHIO today at 720-285-3200 or firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
HIE Connects You With Other Healthcare Providers Throughout Colorado
