MAPIR Portal Update: Attestation Program Year Selection Error

The Department of Healthcare Policy and Financing (the Department) is aware of an issue, after the recent upgrade with the attestation system, where preparers are not able to select the option to attest for Program Year (PY) 2016.  

The Department is actively working with the vendor to correct this issue. Until then, please remember not to select PY 2017 or PY 2018 as your attestation year. If these options are selected, cancel the attestation by selecting ‘abort’.

Until this issue is fixed and the 2016 option appears, preparers will not be able to attest for the current program year.

Please look for an email that will provide more information once the reason for the issue has been identified. Program Year 2016 is the only year for which the Department will accept attestations and issue payments.
