MAPIR Portal Update: Adopt, Implement or Upgrade Selection Error

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (the Department) has identified a defect in the MAPIR attestation system for providers attesting for the first time in the system in Year 1 as Adopt (A), Implement (I) or Upgrade (U). 

The error (see screenshot below) will not allow first year participants to attest to the Implement (I) or Upgrade (U) options, only to Adopt (A). 

A workaround has been developed to guide providers to submit their applications in MAPIR as 'Adopt' only. The Department requests the providers to submit documentation to show they have secured a certified EHR system.
