The Colorado Regional Extension Center (CO-REC), a collaborative effort led by CORHIO and seven local organizations, has enrolled 2,295 primary care providers for free help adopting an electronic health record (EHR) and ‘Meaningful Use.’
CO-REC is currently considering whether it will accept new providers on a wait list in the event that some enrolled providers drop out of the program. If your practice is eligible for incentives and would like to express interest in this, please email email@example.com.
As of the beginning of December, 80% of providers in the CO-REC program have successfully implemented an EHR and 176 have attested to Stage 1 of Meaningful Use.
