Important Announcement on CORHIO System Upgrade

To improve overall data quality and enhance the web portal user experience, a major upgrade of CORHIO’s system is underway. A brief outage will occur from June 26-28.

CORHIO Health Information Exchange users will soon see major enhancements to the network, including an upgraded PatientCare 360® portal. The upgrade is being done to strengthen our network infrastructure and to meet requests from our participants to improve the overall user experience in finding clinical data in the HIE.

Due to this system upgrade, CORHIO results will be unavailable over the weekend from 5:00 pm June 26th through June 28th – in both PatientCare 360 and through your electronic health record. We are pleased to share the enhancements to the system with you on Monday, June 29th. If you need test results or other patient information while the system is down, please contact the hospital or lab directly.

Please note: there could be additional delays in brand new results coming into the system during the first few days when the system is back up. We are working hard to avoid these delays and we will email participants with more details as we have them.
