Contexture seeks feedback on products and services
Contexture, the umbrella organization of CORHIO and Health Current, is conducting a Health Information Exchange (HIE) Participant Satisfaction Survey to measure levels of satisfaction with our HIE products and services.
Developed in partnership with the National Business Research Institute (NBRI), the online survey includes a series of open-ended and Likert-scale (disagree to agree) questions. Sample Likert-scale questions include:
* My HIE's services are easy to use
* My HIE's personnel are responsive to my requests and needs
* My HIE provides a more complete picture of a patient's health information than I would otherwise have.
